Because many Healing Arts Academy products are small-batch, personal-use, or consumable items, all physical product sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or personal-use items. If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact information on our website. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item.

Return Shipping
