About Us

For more than three decades, Jewel has worked as an aromatherapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, author, and instructor dedicated to advancing professional education in wellness disciplines. Her teaching is guided by evidence-informed practice and real-world experience, with focus on practical application in therapeutic settings. She is a certified clinical aromatherapist, former hydrotherapy instructor at UCHA in Omaha, certified end-of-life doula, speaker, and the developer of BodyArt Therapy, an adjunct bodywork modality. She is also a Reiki master and has owned and operated a wellness spa for more than a decade.

 

Healing Arts Academy reflects Jewel’s long-term vision to create accessible online, in-person, and hybrid learning environments where students can develop professional skills, build confidence, and apply their training in real-world settings.
