Healing Arts Academy offers tiered pricing based on how products are used: retail resale, professional use, or professional skincare application. Each tier has specific eligibility requirements and usage rules to protect product integrity, brand value, and professional standards.

Wholesale Pricing 

Wholesale pricing is intended for approved retailers and professional spaces that resell Healing Arts Academy retail products. Pricing has 3 tiers to make our products accessible and profitable to even the smallest of businesses. 

Tier 1 (5 –17 items): 45.5% off retail
Tier 2 (18–99 items): 50.0% off retail
Tier 3 (100+ items): 51.5% off retail

• Studios and practices that combine services with retail sales

Requirements
To apply for a wholesale account, applicants must provide a valid reseller or retailer tax ID and the state in which the tax ID was issued. Tax IDs are verified with the issuing state. Once approved, wholesale pricing will be activated on the account.

Minimum order : $150 per order

• Selling HAA products below the Minimum Sale Price (MSP), excluding limited-time promotions of fewer than 14 days that are not repeated within a four-month period

• Selling retail products below wholesale cost

• Discounting products in ways that devalue the product or brand

Professional Pricing – 35% off Retail

Professional pricing is designed for practitioners who use Healing Arts Academy our products in client sessions or professional practice with on item minimums.

Who this is for

• Licensed massage therapists in solo or group practice

• Reiki practitioners

• Energy workers

• Holistic practitioners and bodyworkers

 

Requirements
Licensed professionals must provide a state-issued professional license and the state in which the license was issued.

For professions that do not require state licensure, proof of an active professional practice is required. Acceptable documentation may include a business license, EIN or DBA documentation, or a professional website or booking platform.

Documentation is reviewed to confirm active professional status. Once approved, professional pricing will be activated.

Access limitations
Professional pricing does not include access to professional strength skincare products.
Professional pricing does not authorize retail resale. Retail resale of Healing Arts Academy products requires an approved wholesale account.

Professional Skincare Access Coming 2027– Priced as Marked

Professional skincare products are formulated for professional use and are restricted to licensed estheticians and esthetics students. Approved professional skincare accounts also receive professional pricing on all non-skincare Healing Arts Academy products.

• Esthetics students

Requirements
Applicants must provide a valid esthetician license or proof of active enrollment in an esthetics program, along with the state in which the license was issued or the school location. Licenses and student status are verified prior to approval.

Opening order minimum: $125 and also $125 minimum per order thereafter

Use and resale restrictions
Professional skincare and back-bar sizes are intended for professional use only.
Reselling professional-only or back-bar products is not permitted.
 

Retail skincare sales
Retail resale of Healing Arts Academy skincare products requires a valid wholesale account. Professional skincare access alone does not give access to retail products.

Professional Use and Retail Philosophy

Healing Arts Academy skincare is designed to support both in-treatment results and at-home care. While retail sales are not required, professionals are encouraged to understand and recommend appropriate retail products so clients receive consistent guidance between sessions. Retail should feel educational and supportive, not sales-driven.

Student Access – 35% off Retail

Student access is available for Professional Pricing and Professional Skincare, provided eligibility requirements are met.

Who qualifies
Massage therapy students may access professional pricing on retail products.
Esthetics students may apply for professional skincare access.

Requirements
Students must provide the name of their school, student ID number, program of study, expected graduation date, and school address. Student access is time-limited and may require submission of licensure after graduation.

Because our products are produced in small batches and shipped with care, we use modest order minimums to keep pricing fair, maintain quality, and ensure sustainability as we grow. These minimums allow us to continue offering professional-grade products without inflating retail pricing or cutting corners.

Healing Arts Academy ships all wholesale, professional, skincare, and student orders using USPS Flat Rate shipping.
 

Our products are small-batch, often liquid-based, and packaged carefully for safe delivery. Flat Rate shipping allows us to provide predictable shipping costs without inflating product prices.

Orders ship using:

• Small Flat Rate Box

• Medium Flat Rate Box

• Large Flat Rate Box
   

Shipping cost is determined by the box size required to safely pack the order.

Heavier or oversized items, including larger bath soaks or magnesium flake jars, may ship alone in a Flat Rate box when necessary for safe delivery.

Why don’t you offer free shipping?
We believe in transparent pricing. Shipping costs reflect real carrier rates so we can keep product pricing fair and sustainable rather than hiding shipping costs inside higher product prices.
 

Why are there minimum order requirements?
Minimums help offset packing labor, materials, and shipping costs while supporting small-batch production and consistent quality.
 

Will shipping options change in the future?
As shipping volume increases, additional options (Discounted & Free) may become available.
 

Can products be combined across pricing tiers?
Pricing access determines which products and prices are visible to your account. Professional skincare products are restricted to licensed estheticians only.
 

Approval Process

All wholesale, professional, professional skincare, and student applications are reviewed manually. Healing Arts Academy reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access if documentation cannot be verified or if account terms are violated.
