AROMATHERAPY CERTIFICATION LEVEL 1 - 50 Hour $350.00
Level 1 Aromatherapy Certification 50 Hours
This Level 1 Aromatherapy Certification program is designed in alignment with NAHA educational standards and provides a structured foundation in the safe and effective use of essential oils. Students explore the history of aromatherapy, essential oil profiles, quality considerations, and production methods including distillation, expression, enfleurage, absolutes, and CO₂ extraction.
Coursework addresses essential oil chemistry, blending principles, physiological effects, methods of absorption, and practical applications within real treatment environments. Strong emphasis is placed on safety, contraindications, ethical practice, and practitioner decision-making. Students complete five case studies and sit for a Level 1 examination.
Oils Covered include: Clary Sage, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, Roman Chamomile, Rose, Rosemary, Sweet Orange, Tea Tree, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Ginger, Juniper Berry, Cedarwood Atlas, Black Pepper, Vetiver, and Frankincense. Conservation awareness is integrated throughout the program, including discussion of materials such as Agarwood, Frankincense, Rosewood, and Sandalwood.
This program is open to health and wellness professionals as well as dedicated students. Participants without prior Anatomy & Physiology coursework may complete an approved Anatomy & Physiology I course through Healing Arts Academy.
Graduation & Continuing Education
Completion requires five case studies and a passing examination. Ongoing continuing education supports professional standing under NAHA guidelines.
Tuition & Enrollment
Tuition is $350 and includes the course textbook, a starter kit of ten essential oils, 1 oz HAA Signature Carrier Oil, and full program access.
A flexible three-month payment plan is available:

$116.67 at 30 and 60 days
The enrollment fee is refunded upon successful completion. An optional aromatherapy kit is available for $50.
HYDROTHERAPY CERTIFICATION 100 HOUR $750.00
This Hydrotherapy Certification program provides structured training in the therapeutic use of water for professional practice. The curriculum meets Nebraska’s 100-hour hydrotherapy requirement for massage licensure, the highest in the country, representing a rigorous benchmark for practitioner competence. For LMTs in states without formal hydrotherapy requirements, this training supports safer application and confident integration of techniques used in treatment settings, including spa therapies, aromatherapy-based applications, and therapeutic water methods.
Students develop practical clinical knowledge including physiological effects of water, temperature applications, indications and contraindications, treatment protocols, client assessment, safety principles, documentation, and professional integration.
Course material draws from established hydrotherapy principles, including protocols presented in the textbook 'Creatures of Water'.
Format & Structure
Hybrid program with online coursework and live instructor interaction.
Live sessions occur every two weeks via video conference or in person.

Introductory Course
Energy Healing 101 introduces foundational concepts that appear across many energy-based practices. This course explores the relationship between personal power, earth-connected grounding, and broader spiritual frameworks often described as divine or universal energy.
Participants are introduced to core energetic principles, awareness development, and the distinctions between structured systems such as Reiki and more intuitive or non-systematized approaches. Introductory Course
Intro to Aromatherapy Safety course provides a practical overview of essential oil safety principles for both personal and professional contexts. Participants learn the foundational considerations that govern responsible essential oil use, including dilution, contraindications, dermal safety, and common misuse patterns.
The course clarifies widespread misconceptions surrounding essential oils while introducing evidence-informed safety frameworks used in professional practice. Emphasis is placed on risk awareness, decision-making, and understanding why safety protocols exist rather than memorization of rules.
